If you have forgotten your voice mail PIN, follow these steps:
1. Click SELF CARE from Dave Desktop softphone
2. Enter a new voice mail PIN from Online Self Care and press save. Confirm that you want to save it and you are done.
If you are completely locked out and when you try to check your voicemail it says "mailbox disabled contact your administrator", please follow these instructions below:
