Only a Dave admin can reset your voice mail
To re-enable a users voice mail follow these steps:
Begin by logging into the appropriate server at blucomX.yourbluewave.com where "X" is the number of your server for your agency i.e. blucom7.yourbluewave.com
Click on Voicemail/Mailboxes and search for the Name that shows the BLOCKED warning message. Once found, click on the word BLOCKED.
Click OK to re-enable the users voice mail access
