QQ Catalyst Integration

Enabling QQ Catalyst integrations in Bridge requires agency-level and individual-level setup. Follow the below steps to set up QQ Catalyst integrations for your agency.

Agency Setup

1. From the main navigation menu, click Settings.
   
2. Click Agency Setup.
3. Click Choose Setup Action, then Integration Setup.
   
4. From the Management System dropdown, click QQ Catalyst.
5. Enter a USER NAME and PASSWORD that has SUPERADMIN access.
6. Click Update Settings.
7. You should get a popup message telling you whether or not the information was entered correctly.

Individual Setup

1. No setup is needed for the individual. The settings above will push to the users automatically.***NOTE: IF USERS OVERRIDE THE AUTOMATIC INFORMATION IN THEIR SETTINGS, THE SUPERADMIN CREDENTIALS WILL HAVE TO BE MANUALLY ENTERED FOR THEM***

Using QQ Catalyst Integration

The QQ Catalyst integration with Bridge gives you access to many powerful tools.

Any time you see the logo for your agency management system in Bridge, you can click it to begin exporting data to your management system. For example, to export text messages from Bridge into QQ Catalyst, you would use the following steps:

1. From the main navigation menu, hover over Communications. New options will appear.
2. Click Text Messages.
   
3. Click the to select conversation from which you’d like to copy and paste messages.
   
4. Click the agency management system icon.
   
5. Select the text messages you’d like to save. This can include text messages with pictures or other attachments.
6. Click the save icon.
7. In QQCatalyst, press Ctrl+V to paste the messages into a contact’s record.
