When dialing out the phone "hangs up" very quickly
Common Causes:
1. Customer has turned on "Hide caller ID" in Dave softphone
SOLUTION:
Click the phone button to open the phone dialing window. Click the person icon in the upper right to turn off "Hide caller id".
2. Bad data in Enhanced Services/Caller ID. This System/Network box should be blank. If there is anything in it, delete it and resave.
