      How do I factory reset my Yealink phone?

      Follow the steps provided to complete a factory reset for Yealink phone models, including cordless phones.

      Press and HOLD the OK button on your phone until it asks if you want to factory reset. Click YES and wait for it to go through the process. It should update and reset with your extension in the upper left corner.

      FROM THE PHONE MENU

      Click Menu

      1. Settings
      2. Advanced Settings

      Password is 222222

      1. Reset Config
      2. Reset to Factory Settings > OK

      Wait for it to go through the process.

       

      Cordless Factory Reset Steps – Procedure must be done at the base station.

      1. Power off the unit – if powered by PoE this might mean unplugging the network cable.
      2. Wait 15 seconds.
      3. Press and hold the connect button on the base station.
      4. Reconnect the power.
      5. Wait until all 3 status lights are on, showing solid green.
      6. Release the button and wait 5 minutes.
      7. Power off the unit.
      8. Wait 15 seconds.
