Setting screen pop up for AMS360, QQCatalyst, Agency Matrix, and EZLynx

1. Launch Dave
2. Go to Tools 
3. Go to Preferences 
4. Go to Modules 
5. Click on Call Popup 
6. Decide if call should pop up on ringing or on answering and click that TAB in the middle of the 
preferences screen 
7. Paste the URL for your management system from above into the URL box under the TAB you wish to activate
8. Select options for activating screen pop on inbound, outbound, or both types of calls 
9. If you wish to set the screen pop for Call Finished, click that TAB and paste the URL from the option 
B into the URL area 
10. Select options for activating screen pop on inbound, outbound, or both types of calls 
11. Click OK button to save 
NOTE: 
TO TEMPORARILY TURN THE SCREEN POP OFF FOLLOW STEPS 1 THROUGH 5 AND SELECT THE CHECKBOX 
NEXT TO “SILENT MODE” CLICK OK.
