hearing audio one way.


Possible Causes:
• Missing Headset Software: Outdated or missing manufacturer software can 
cause compatibility issues.
• Permission Denied: Windows or Dave Phone might lack microphone access 
permission.
• Misconfigured Sound Settings: Dave Phone might not recognize your headset as 
the default audio device.
• Muted or Incorrect Volume: Your computer's output and input settings might be 
misconfigured or muted for the Dave Phone app.


Troubleshooting Steps:


Step 1: Download and Install Headset Software (New!)
• Visit the manufactureres website and search for your specific headset model.
• Download and install the latest software/drivers for your headset according to 
your Windows version.
• Follow the on-screen instructions for installation and restart your computer if 
prompted.


Step 2: Check Microphone Permissions:
- Click Start or Search and type "Microphone."
- Select "Microphone privacy settings."
- Ensure "Allow apps to access your microphone" is enabled.
- Verify that the Dave Phone desktop app toggle is also enabled.
