How to change your status
1. Click on the green dot in the profile picture
2. Once you click on the green dot, choose your status that you wish to display to the agency.
3. Click Ok
4. Change to a custom status
5. CLick on the dot in profile picture
6. CLick on Custom Status
7. Select the overall status - Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb, or Away
8. Type your message
9. Click Ok
