Setup Your Personal Voicemail

Call *123 on your communicator keypad.


The user pin # was sent to you in your initial email. You can change this in VM menu once you are inside. You can also click on Self-Care to view your Pin Number.


Press 0 > Mailbox Options
Press 1 > record unavailable message (**this is the one we use)
Press 2 > busy message (*we do not use this option)
Press 3 > record your name (**do this for the company directory)
Press 5 > change password (this will change your pin #)
Press * > main menu

 

If you have a temporary greeting set, select option 4 to enter the temporary greeting menu and you will have an option to delete it there.
