2. Click on Agency Call History

This is permission-based. Please consult with your admin.

3. Select a Start Date for the call in question

4. Click on End Date for the call in question

5. All Calls with more than one leg will contain an "i" icon next to it

Calls with more than one legs are Parked calls, Transfers, IVR Calls, ERG (enhanced ring groups), and ring group calls.

6. Click on the "i" to expand the call legs

The recording, if recorded, will appear on the first leg

7. Once you are finished viewing, click close.

If the call comes through the IVR, Ring group, ERG, etc.. It will be labeled as shown below.

9. Once open, it will detail the legs of the call with an option in the upper right to view the ERG stats on the server (admins only)

10. Click on Close when finished
