Can't make outbound calls from Dave Desktop

Dave won't call out and is showing error of account not registered with a yellow dot in the blue bar of the Dave desktop softphone due to internet provider system changes on their end.

1. If you see this yellow dot follow the steps below

Click TOOLS at the top of your Dave Desktop phone

Click PREFERENCES

Click PHONE

Click ADVANCED

Set Dave up as in this image

Log out of Dave and back in all should be well. Don't worry was nothing you or we did but the ISP makes changes from time to time that we have to accomodate.
