Bridge Post-Training Notes

This document provides essential setup and access information for new Bridge phone system users. It covers two main components: the Dave soft phone desktop application and the Bridge web portal, along with voicemail configuration, mobile app setup

BRIDGE POST-TRAINING NOTES

Dave Soft Phone Setup

Your Dave soft phone download is located online at: https://www.bridge.insure/resources/downloads

Note: You should have already downloaded and logged into this desktop application.

Bridge Website Access

Log in to Bridge at: https://bridge.magellan.insure/login

Available Features:

  • Text messaging
  • Fax services
  • E-signature
  • Contacts management
  • Call history
  • Voicemail

Default Login Credentials

  • Default Password: Magellan2025!
  • Password Change: Click the gear icon in the lower left corner → User Settings → Security tab

⚠️ Important: Your Bridge website and Dave phone login passwords are NOT THE SAME. These are two different programs. You can make them the same, but changing one will not automatically change the other.

Voicemail Setup

Accessing Voicemail

  • Phone System: Dial *123
  • Desk Phone: Press the envelope button

Voicemail Pin

  • Default Pin: 1234 (until you change it)
  • Security Warning: If you enter the pin incorrectly 3 times, you will be locked out and must contact support via Live Chat for a reset

Personal Message

Action Required: Record your personal voicemail message from Dave or your desk phone (after phone migration). Your existing personal voicemail message from your old system will NOT be carried over to your Bridge extension.

Customer Service Team

  • Contact Method: Orange live chat bubble in the bottom left corner of your Bridge account
  • Process: Answer the questions to be connected immediately
  • Support Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Eastern Time

Mobile App Setup

App Download

  • App Name: "DaveGo" by the Redcliffe Group
  • Location: Available in your device's app store

Easy Login Process

  1. Have your Dave desktop app open on your PC
  2. Choose "Login with QR code" at the bottom of the DaveGo mobile app
  3. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the blue bar in your Dave desktop app
  4. Select "Show Login QR Code"
  5. Scan the code with your mobile phone
